Our InCide Team

Jim is the original founder of InCide Technologies and has successfully guided the company for over 50 years. He oversees all functions at InCide, a company that has operated 24 hours a day, 5 to 7 days a week without interruption.

Jim has invented and patented many of the core products that InCide Technologies sells to this day, such as Boron #10, a boric acid flame retardant, pest control insulation and much more.

As a chemist and product developer, Jim works with toll manufacturing customers to develop new formulations and enhance existing ones. He is also very active in all the industries that InCide Technologies serves, including ASTM and various association boards.

With over 17 years of dedication to Incide, Osvaldo Nichols has played a key role in the company’s growth and success. He began his journey in the warehouse, quickly transitioned to the Coatings Department, rose to Coatings Supervisor, and today proudly serves as our Coatings Director and Assistant Plant Manager. His leadership and expertise are unmatched.

Osvaldo works closely alongside our CEO, Jim, collaborating on specialized formulas and often going above and beyond — even outside regular hours — to support innovation and excellence within the company.

Born in Hermosillo, Sonora, Osvaldo is a proud family man — a loving husband and father to three beautiful daughters and one handsome son. He’s also a cherished grandfather to 17 grandchildren, who are lucky to have the very best.

Outside of work, Osvaldo finds joy in tending to his beautiful garden and relaxing with a good game of baseball or football. He’s a loyal fan of the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

And never forget — he’s also the dad of the office. The girls in the office not only appreciate working with him, but also value his advice, his wisdom, and his genuine guidance in life.

Osvaldo’s passion, dedication, and heart make him an irreplaceable part of the Incide family.

Miriam takes pride in bringing structure and efficiency to the day-to-day in her roles as Office Manager and Accounts Payable Clerk at Incide Technologies, where she’s been a valuable team member for over 4 years. She oversees daily operations and handles vendor payments, all while supporting a wonderful team. Staying organized, creating a positive workplace, and being part of something collaborative are things she truly values.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find Miriam with her family, making memories, sharing laughs, and recharging for the week ahead.

Francis an Accounts Receivable Specialist with over 3 and a half years at InCide Technologies, Inc., where he manages financial transactions and ensures timely collections to support the company’s fiscal health. He takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of receivables management.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his family, exploring nature and making the most of Arizona’s beautiful weekends. He’s also a passionate sports fan—let’s go Mets!

Christy is the Controller here at InCide and has been with the company for over 3 years. With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, she is passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. She truly enjoys being a leader and is proud of the strong, supportive team she’s helped build here.

Outside of work, Christy loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s camping, soaking up the Arizona sunshine, or making memories with family and friends. She’s a proud mom of 2 and a grandmother, and she cherishes every moment with them. Having lived in Arizona for most of her life, she is grateful to call this beautiful state home.

With over 4 years of experience at InCide Technologies, Erika says she has found not just a workplace, but also a team that feels like family. As a Receptionist and Sales Associate, she takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues. Helping others is at the heart
of what she does, and she strives to offer support and solutions with a positive attitude and a genuine smile.

Her journey through various roles before joining InCide has given her a deep appreciation for the culture and camaraderie here at InCide Technologies.  Her positive attitude and skills contribute greatly to a team that values collaboration, growth,
and mutual support. Every day she feels motivated by the opportunity to contribute, connect, and make a difference.

Outside of work, she is a proud Arizonian and a devoted mother of 2 children. She loves spending time outdoors – whether it is camping, traveling with family, or exploring new places. Sports are a large part of her life too, both playing and watching.

Above all, she cherishes making lasting memories with her loved ones and embracing new experiences whenever she can.
